Wellbeing Week 2018: Tommy

Health and wellbeing has always been a thing in life that I have closely followed. I never knew what it was that got me following the information about keeping your body healthy but I enjoy following it.

Things like watching Joe Wicks on Instagram or reading articles about the new fad diet are the main ways I do this. I like to try and have a lifestyle where I stay active and keep a clean diet (for the most part).

I think health and wellbeing week will give more people a good insight about why it is important to stay healthy and look after your wellbeing.
