Anton Lippek, Canoe slalom performance coach, said ‘the SCA did a great job of hosting the BUCS Wild Water Racing in Scotland over the weekend.’ Anton was thrilled with the team and their efforts commenting
“NTU athletes had a good place through the scenic journey of the classic runs from Aberfeldy and in the challenging sprints through Grandtully rapids. A great effort from the whole team.”
Unfortunately, one of NTU Canoe’s paddlers, Georgia collided with a rock requiring hospital treatment after she sustained injuries. We are thankful that Georgia is now at home and recovering well and her spirits remain high, as she is looking forward to getting back into the water. We send our best wishes to Georgia.
